Waima Kura is all about Whanaungatanga, Aroha, Integrity, Manaki, Ako are the five things that kept Waima School happy, and joyful, Waima Kura is the most wonderful school I've ever been at, because thats how we roll, and the way we keep our school safe. On the day when all Waima School performed for the festival I was so excited to perform but also confused because we were supposed to go around the back were the backdrops are, but the entrance was blocked off so we had to go through the tent and onto the stage, I felt so embarrassed and shy but we all did our best with a few mistakes but that didn’t matter at least we all had fun, that's what mattered the most, having fun.
